Stephanie attended the University of Maryland Eastern Shore where she earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2012 after obtaining her Bachelor of Science in Biology in 2007 from the University of Maryland College Park. Special interest lies in manual therapy combined with patient education on movement, exercise, and ways to facilitate lasting changes. Stephanie has completed the Janet Travell, MD Seminar Series dry needling training program instructed by internationally renowned Jan Dommerholt and others, earning a certification as a Certified Myofascial Trigger Point Therapist (CMTPT) in Dry Needling through Myopain Seminars. She has also taken courses focusing on McKenzie approach for spine dysfunction, Kinesiotaping, and soft tissue mobilization techniques. Stephanie strives to further her education and skills as a physical therapist. Outside of work she enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling, trying new foods, and spending time with her family. Stephanie grew up in Ellicott City and currently resides in Columbia with her husband and two children.
